At FixCulture, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below for details on processing times, shipping estimates, tracking, and delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time is typically 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, customs processing, courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Tariffs
For all international orders, the price shown at checkout is the final price you’ll pay.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs that may arise during delivery are fully covered by us. You will never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.

📬 Delivery Information
Packages are typically delivered by your local postal service and may be placed directly in your mailbox.
If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, the carrier may:
- leave a delivery notice, or
- schedule a redelivery, depending on local postal policies.
📦 Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered, but you have not received it, please note:
- We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
- We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.
