We proudly stand behind our products with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help — whether that means providing usage guidance, offering a replacement, or issuing a refund where applicable.

Please note:

  • Refund requests may require clear photo or video evidence showing the product condition or issue.

 

📦 Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
     

How to request a return:

  1. Contact our support team and provide a clear photo of the unopened product.
  2. Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the order subtotal (excluding shipping).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or card provider.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

To help us assist you faster, please include:

  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging


Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, reshipment, or another appropriate resolution.

 

🚫 Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the delivery, or failure to arrange redelivery with the carrier, the shipment will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

In such cases, any refund issued will have the following costs deducted:

  • return shipping fees
  • restocking fees

If you’d prefer to receive the order again, we can offer a reshipment for an additional shipping fee.
